Use of alternative contract forms via derogation from Government Contracts Committee for Construction
Any Contracting Authority wishing to use alternative contract forms for early contractor/supply chain collaboration must obtain a derogation from the Government Contracts Committee for Construction (GCCC).
Contracting Authorities should read this Advisory note for Early Collaboration and Supply Chain Collaboration before engaging with the derogation process.
