Re-use of Public Sector Information

The Capital Works Management Framework (CWMF) website is managed by the Department of Public Expenditure, Infrastructure, Public Service Reform and Digitalisation.

The Department complies with the European Union framework governing the re-use of Public Sector Information (PSI) and encourages the re-use of the information published on this website. The regulations are available here.

Unless otherwise indicated, information and documents available on cwmf.gov.ie may be re-used free of charge for both commercial and non-commercial purposes. Re-use includes copying, publishing, distributing, adapting, translating, and otherwise using the information in any medium or format for lawful purposes.

Exclusions

This permission does not extend to:

• Personal data protected under data protection legislation.
• Third-party copyright material identified as such.
• Department logos, crests, trademarks, or other protected identifiers, unless specifically authorised.
• Any information where re-use is otherwise restricted by law.
