PW-CF1 Building Works designed by the Employer

A contract used when the employer provides the full design for building works.

PW-CF2 Building Works designed by the Contractor

A contract used when the contractor is responsible for both design and construction of building works.

PW-CF3 Civil Engineering Works designed by the Employer

A contract used for civil engineering projects where the employer provides the design.

PW-CF4 Civil Engineering Works designed by the Contractor

A contract used for civil engineering projects where the contractor undertakes both design and construction.

PW-CF5 Minor Works, Building and Civil Engineering Works

A simplified contract for small-scale building or civil engineering works.

PW-CF6 Short Form of Contract

A brief and flexible contract suitable for straightforward, low-value works.

PW-CF7 Investigation Works Contract

A contract used for site investigations or exploratory works prior to main construction.
