Build Digital Annual Survey 2026

The Build Digital Annual Survey 2026 is the national benchmark for digital adoption across Irish construction and the built environment. For five years it has tracked where adoption is progressing and where the barriers remain, and that evidence goes back to industry and government to shape future supports.

Public bodies are now delivering infrastructure against two requirements that did not exist together five years ago: assets that must withstand more frequent and severe weather, and a BIM mandate that changes how project information is specified, procured and handed over.
