The Community of Practice will facilitate connection and discussions between practitioners working in the area of public procurement of capital works.

It will create a space for:

• sharing best practice and lessons learned
• encouraging peer-to-peer engagement and collaboration
• fostering innovation across public bodies.

Members will work towards a common goal of improved, efficient capital works infrastructure delivery for the benefit of citizens.

Join colleagues from across the public works sector for a Community of Practice event focused on sharing practical experiences, exchanging ideas, and learning from one another. These events will comprise of a series of topical presentations and round table discussions. Connect with peers, explore common challenges, and discover approaches that help deliver better public works projects.

Community of practice events will resume in December 2026.
