This is a two-part eLearning modular programme available on the Learning Management System. This course is self-directed and interactive and is designed for anyone who is involved in the public procurement processes for small works projects valued at less than €1 million (ex. VAT).

The training course is based on a case study example project that utilises the PW-CF6 form of contract for procurement of the Works Contractor, and COE 1 for procurement of the Design Team.

Part 1 of the course covers how to procure a single point of contact design team.

Part 2 covers how to procure and appoint a main contractor for the works.
