Letters notifying tenderers that they have been awarded a place on a framework should follow the format of the Letter to Successful Tenderer.
Nonetheless, Contracting Authorities must have regard to the call-off rules for the framework in question and additional information may be appropriate in certain cases.
For example it may be appropriate to advise tenderers of their scores relative to the first ranked tenderer where the call off rules are based on rankings.
