EU Public Procurement Thresholds
The publication requirements for the Contract Notice are determined by the value of the project in relation to National Procurement thresholds (below EU Thresholds) and EU thresholds above which advertising of contracts in the Official Journal of the EU is obligatory (all exclusive of VAT).

It should be noted that Grant Recipients in receipt of public funding should check the requirements of the respective funding body. Where compliance with public procurement procedures are required, they should follow the rules as laid out in the guidance.
