This document gives an overview of the constituent parts of the Capital Works Management Framework (CWMF) and how they fit together.

GN 1.0 is intended for the guidance of Sponsoring Agencies embarking on traditional and design-and-build projects. However, the role of the Sanctioning Authorities and any external consultants appointed in relation to the capital works projects is also considered.
