A new GPP Circular, Circular 17/2025:Updated Green Public Procurement Instructions for Public Sector Bodies has been published by the Office of Government Procurement.
Circular 17/2025 applies to all public sector bodies with immediate effect. This Circular replaces previous guidance, issued through Circular 20/2019.
