As of 1 January 2026, Milestone 6 of the Irish BIM Mandate for CWMF has been reached.
BIM requirements now include the Contractor and Supply Chain on applicable projects up to €10 million.
It is worth noting that, like all other milestone stages, Milestone 6 indicates when a project enters Stage 1 of the Capital Works Management Framework, not when it enters the construction stage.
