In recent years, the European Commission has published legislation across various sectors that includes provisions public procurers may need to consider when procuring certain goods, services, and works.
To help increase awareness of these requirements, which may be optional or mandatory, our colleagues in the OGP have published a list of relevant EU Regulations currently in force.
Please note that this list is non-exhaustive and will be updated as needed.
